ACCOMPLISHMENTS

This award is given to organizations that have developed a Talent Development program that makes a difference.  The  coaching program I designed, developed and manage, was given the award.

This award is given to a an organization that has implemented a coaching program and has shown significant impact on the organization's  culture. The  coaching program I designed, developed and manage was recognized as a PRISM Award finalist.

After being recognized as a PRISM Finalist, I was asked by ICF to present our program to a global audience by the ICF through the Human Capital Institute.
