By holding licenses, I am authorized to purchase the assessment and to formally debrief the assessments. I am often asked to "coach" an employee who has taken an assessment. This often leads to follow-on coaching sessions.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment has helped millions of people worldwide gain insights about themselves and how they interact with others—and improve how they communicate, learn, and work. It provides a powerful framework for building better relationships, driving positive change, harnessing innovation, and achieving excellence. The MBTI assessment makes Carl Jung's theory of psychological type both understandable and highly practical by helping individuals identify their preferences in four areas.

EQ-I 2.0
The EQ-i 2.0 is the assessment tool that I recommend for measuring emotional and social intelligence. After taking the EQ-i 2.0, a report is produced with an inventory of 15 competencies, groups into five composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management. The EQ-i 2.0 is an excellent way to understand the emotional intelligence capacities of an individual and to get a picture of their emotional operating system, areas of strength and potential areas for development. There are many ways to develop EQ competencies. In my experience, changing how we operate in our daily lives and relationships takes time and support.
DiSC Personality Test Profiles The foundation of success lies in understanding yourself, understanding others and realizing the impact of your behavior on people. Leadership Agility 360
This assessment collects data on 24 different elements and shows where the participant shows up on a scale of agility. As a certified Leadership 360 coach, I can help participants identify ways to grow their agility as a leader. It is a powerful instrument for those who are willing to accept feedback as information from which to develop as a leader.
Benchmarks 360
Benchmarks is a comprehensive 360-degree assessment for middle to upper-level managers that measures 16 competencies critical for success, as well as five possible career derailers.
This in-depth analysis of observable behaviors provides managers with a solid assessment of their leadership competencies. Benchmarks also helps managers identify what lessons may still need to be learned, establishes what specific work experiences need to be sought out in order to develop critical competencies for success, and identifies possible problems that may stall their career. Feedback reports are sent to your CCL-certified facilitator, who debriefs the results with the manager in a confidential session.
Voices 360
VOICES® is a powerful competency-based, research-validated 360º assessment which provides a manager with critical data for leadership development and management improvement. The Voices 360º feedback process reveals how each manager’s job behaviors are perceived by those around them, and which of those behaviours are considered the most important for success. In addition, a learner can see how the ratings of others compare to their own ratings.
Conflict Dynamic Profile®
The Conflict Dynamics Profile® (CDP) is an assessment instrument about conflict behaviors. This tool provides a powerful way to help people gain self-awareness about such things as their constructive and destructive responses to conflict. There are two versions of the CDP. The CDP-360 and the CDP-Individual (CDP-I). The CDP-I is a “self report” (it looks at how people view themselves) and considers the respondents’ views on their constructive and destructive responses to conflict and their hot buttons. The CDP-360 is a full spectrum tool, which assesses not only the respondents’ self view. It also includes the perspective of their boss, peers and direct reports.
Energy Leadership Index (ELI)
Your relationships, friends, family, career, finances, health – in fact, your entire world is created by the way you are being (how your show up) in your life. The way you are being determines your thoughts, which cause your emotions, which lead to your actions (or sometimes, your lack of action), which lead to your results – and those results reinforce your belief system. It’s a revolving cycle. By getting to the core of who you really are, you recreate that cycle to realize the life you desire. The ELI helps you realize how you show up and illuminates a path to making positive change, to get you more of what you want.
