ACTP Coach Training And Certification Program

Coach Evolving is affiliated with Radiance Partners, LLC, which bases its training on the PCC Level of ICF Coaching Competencies and is applying for an ICF Accreditation as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Our training is modular; you can start with the Increase Your Coaching Competency Introductory course, and add other modules until you reach full certification. We also offer online classes for coaches who wish to increase their team coaching skills. Finally, we offer Mentoring for coaches who wish to achieve or renew their ICF Credential.

Classes are in small groups, from two to four people, so that each student gets individual attention.  Full Certification Training is 125 hours, and lasts from 12 - 24 months, depending on the student.  Classes meet virtually weekly for 90 minutes.  Homework consists of practicing what the student just learned, which enables the student to fully embody a different way of listening and communicating.  The student will coach at least 3 paying clients through the Radiance  program while being mentored by the trainer, so by the time the student is ready for certification, he/she will already have at least 36 coaching hours that can be applied towards a credential.
