Team Building Coaching

While individuals have the power to create their own futures, put a team of individuals together with a common vision and you have true power, of the kind that can make a real difference to the purpose of the team. 

I start team building coaching by co-creating the team’s purpose, mission, and vision. Together we work on a plan to address all of the aspects of the team.  I meet with the team for six months to help them grow their collective strength.
